BrokTechno · a brand of Broktrading Ltd · Version 2.0, 13 August 2026

1. What we are

BrokTechno is a technology supplier. It is a brand and trading name of BROKTRADING LTD (HE 342927, Orfeos Street 2B, office 201, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus), and not a separate legal person.

We design, build, integrate, host and support software for financial firms: trading platforms and terminals, client and partner portals, customer relationship management, dealing and risk tooling, and integrations with liquidity providers, payment service providers and identity-verification vendors.

2. What we are not

We are not a regulated financial institution. Broktrading Ltd, trading as BrokTechno, is not authorised as an investment firm, a bank, a payment institution or an electronic money institution in respect of the activities described on this website. We do not:

  1. execute, receive or transmit orders, or deal on own account;
  2. hold, control or safeguard client money or client assets;
  3. advise on investments, or manage investments on a discretionary basis;
  4. operate a trading venue, or act as a market maker or liquidity provider; or
  5. introduce or solicit clients for any of the above.

Where our software connects a client to a liquidity provider, a payment provider or a verification vendor, we supply the connection, not the service. The regulated service is provided by that third party under its own authorisation and its own contract with our client.

We are not a law firm, a compliance consultancy, or a regulator. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or investment advice.

3. Software does not make a firm compliant

This is the most important statement on this page.

Our products include tooling that supports regulatory functions — identity and sanctions screening, transaction and exposure monitoring, record keeping, reporting and audit trails. Deploying that tooling does not discharge a regulated firm’s obligations and does not make it compliant.

A licensed firm remains solely responsible for:

  1. determining what its own regulatory obligations are, in every jurisdiction in which it operates;
  2. configuring, calibrating and testing any system it operates, including every threshold, rule and screening parameter;
  3. supervising the system’s output, investigating what it flags, and making every decision that follows; and
  4. its own governance, record keeping and reporting to its regulator.

We supply the instrument. The firm remains the operator, and the regulated person.

4. No guarantee of outcome or performance

Descriptions of capability, throughput, latency, uptime and delivery timescales on this website are indicative and not contractual. Actual performance depends on configuration, infrastructure, third-party services, market conditions and network conditions outside our control.

Any service level we commit to is the one written into a signed agreement, and nothing on this website varies or adds to it.

5. No offer, and no solicitation

This website is directed at businesses. It is not an offer, and not a solicitation, to buy or sell any financial instrument, nor an invitation to invest in Broktrading Ltd or in any firm that uses our software.

This website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be contrary to local law. Those who access it do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the law that applies to them.

6. Third-party names, trade marks and clients

Third-party product and company names on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, certification, partnership or a formal integration unless we state that expressly.

Where a client is named or its logo shown, that is done with permission and indicates only that a commercial relationship has existed. It is not a recommendation of that firm, nor any statement about its regulatory standing, financial condition or the merits of dealing with it.

7. Forward-looking statements

Statements about our roadmap, planned features or intended integrations reflect our present intention only. They are not promises, and they may change without notice. Do not enter into any contract in reliance on a feature that is not in a signed agreement.

8. Limits on reliance

This website is general information. It takes no account of any particular firm’s circumstances, licence conditions or risk appetite. Take your own legal, regulatory and technical advice before acting on anything here.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on this website. This disclaimer is subject to the limits set out in our Website Terms of Use, which nothing here is intended to widen, and neither document limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
